In my portfolio images I mostly focus on landscapes and cityscapes, but you’ll also see a some architecture and street photography sprinkled in here from time to time. For me, sunrises and sunsets are the most beautiful times of each day. I cherish any experience I get to sit on a cliff overlooking a sunrise, on a beach watching the sunset, or watching a city skyline light up at dusk. Over the River and Through the Woods

Over the River and Through the Woods will take you back to the days when this trek between Durango and Silverton, CO was likely much more treacherous. For the best experience as a photographer, join one of the Durango Silverton Railroad photographer trains that are dedicated to a day of spectacular photography of the train. You won’t get pictures like this unless you’re taking part in that amazing experience. By the end of the day many new friendships were formed with fellow photogs. Leaving the station in the morning, and not returning until early evening, this is a day jam-packed with views like this.
